You can place an order here on our website 24 hours a day.  The procedure is quick and simple. We accept payment by all major Credit and Debit card.

Alternatively orders can be made by post or by telephone.

Retail / Members of the public

Our cards have a recommended retail price (RRP) of £2.99 including VAT.

All prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT charged at the current rate of 20%.

Postage

We are currently offering free carriage on all orders to UK retail customers.

International Postage is charged at cost please enquire for details, or goods supplied Ex Works.

Overseas customers outside the EU will not be charged VAT.

Trade and Export Trade Customers

Existing customers:
Please use the Login facility. You will need to initially go through the registration process so that you can be assigned a username and password.

New customers:
In order to register as a trade customer, you must own a company with the intention of selling our products in a shop or through a reputable website. To register as a trade customer please complete and submit the online registration form.

Sale or Return

No merchandise offered by The Pictoria Press Ltd is sold on a “Sale or Return” basis.

• A 5% discount is available for customers who make payment with order.

• Export Trade Customers strictly payment before dispatch.
• Cards remained the property of The Pictoria Press Ltd until paid for in full.

Postage

• All parcels are tracked and must be signed for on delivery.
• UK carriage paid order £100.00 plus VAT.
• UK postage £5.00
• Delivery for display material at cost.
• International Postage charged at cost, please enquire for details, or goods supplied Ex Works.

Payment

Payment can be made by either debit / credit card, or by bank transfer.  We would only charge a customer if the ordered items are in stock and ready to ship. Your debit / credit card payment is sanctioned by an approved third party who operate under strict banking regulations.  We have no access to your credit card details ourselves.  An invoice will be included with each delivery unless we are advised that the item is to be sent as a gift. In the event of an “out of stock” situation we would advise without delay.  The customer reserves the right to cancel if we are out of stock.
